Deadlines for Filing Claims:

On January 8, 2026, the Court entered the Order (I) Establishing Deadlines to File Proofs of Claim and (II) Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof [Docket No. 77] (the "Bar Date Order").

The Bar Date Order established February 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time (the “General Bar Date”) as the deadline for each person and entity, excluding governmental units, to file a Proof of Claim against one or both Debtors to assert any Claim and it established June 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time (the “Governmental Bar Date,” collectively with the General Bar Date the “Bar Dates”) as the deadline for governmental units to file proofs of claim against one or both Debtors.
